Big News Coming in the New Year will be a new product release by the creators of the Blueprint Series, Steven Clayton and Tim Godfrey. Many marketers are already aware of the fabulous Commission Blueprint 2.0 that came on in September and many are making money using this system

Another great new product by these guys called Niche Blueprint 2.0 is coming out to help all of us marketers who are doing or want to do ecommerce storefronts. Let me ask you will you be there for the release, I already have my sport inline and I recommend that you do as well. Happy New Year 2010 everyone!

First things first: Photos are taken by photographers and not cameras as the books are written by authors and not typewriters.
Now coming to your question pick up any start up model of digital dslr. I am using D-60 nikon and not complaining

We are thinking of getting a Beagle puppy. We already have a 7 year old female westie. The new puppy would be female too. Would they get along? Also are they cuddly dogs because I really want a nice snuggly one as well as playful. Are they good Pets in general? Are they yappy too?

I owned two beagles that eventually went on to a have a HUGE litter of puppies! We enjoyed them so much. I would recommend getting a beagle. They are even tempered, playful, happy, and I have even found them to be snuggly too. Mine was always laying right up against me like a baby!! We never had problems with them being yappy. I would say though, if you can, slowly introduce the new puppy to your dog. Just to make sure they will be ok. Animals are as different as people and sometimes they may not want another animal. If you are getting the new pup from someone who has a litter, ask them if you could bring your dog to help introduce a new puppy.

I’m Hosting a brunch this Saturday and it has totally taken a back seat to my other priorities the last week or two– now I really need to focus on it and figure out what to make for it!
I’d like to stay away from eggs and dairy for the most part, but recipes with a little dairy is ok.
Thanks!

(Oh– and I’d like recipes of things you’ve actually made and tried, please don’t tell me to look at different sites I’ve already done that)

I work for a small business. I do all of my work (except client site visits) from my home office. However, since I also use my home office for personal use during non-working hours, I assume I cannot take the Home office deduction (correct)?

Here is my question regarding mileage – I’m testing this using both TaxCut and TurboTax. In both cases, when I enter my mileage, it does not seem to reduce my tax owed. When I tell the program I want to use the home office deduction, then my mileage makes a difference. If I tell it not to do the home office deduction, then my entering mileage makes no difference. So, can I only deduct my mileage if I take the home office deduction? I haven’t read anything to indicate this, but the actions of the tax software programs leads me to believe that this is the case.

I don’t know if this matters, but I itemize my deductions (mostly due to mortgage interest & real estate taxes paid). I do not take the standard deduction.
Edit – I am a W2 employee. This is less than 2% of our joint AGI, so I guess that’s why it isn’t letting me take it. Thanks for the replies!

For the home office deduction, if you use a portion of your home just for business, you may deduct your home expenses up to the percentage of square feet you use for business when compared to the total square feet of your home (If you use 100 sq. ft for business and the total home is 1000 sq ft, it is 10%).

You do not have to take home office deductions to be able to take mileage on your vehicle. I am not familiar with Tax Cut or Turbo Tax, but there is probably a spot that you can put the vehicle as an asset (listed property) of the business and then put the total miles driven in 2005 and total business miles driven in 2005 (pre-September 1 is 0.405 per mile and post-August 31 is 0.485 per mile).

The way you’re describing this makes it sound like it is unreimbursed expenses for a job you receive a W-2 from, and these deductions would be filed on a Form 2106 for Schedule A, which is subject to a 2% floor, meaning if your AGI is 100,000, you have to have 2,000 in deductions before you get one dollar deducted. You will also have to be able to itemize on Sch. A before your tax would change.

If this is your business and you’re self-employed, there should be no limitation on the mileage, unless you accidentally have it set to where you take actual expenses (fuel, oil, repairs, depreciation, etc.). You have to take one or the other, and once you decide which one to take on that vehicle, you cannot change in the future.

I’m probably not much help, but hope this does help you out some. Good Luck.

I get worried about my girlfriend because she doesn’t have health insurance. I am insured through my job, what are her options? Is there something she can sign up for? If she has health issues I want to know that she will be able to afford any necessary medical treatment. Thanks.

Financial assistance might be available. Certain government programs and nonprofit organizations can help. You can also discuss concerns about paying her medical bills with your health care provider, social worker or the Business office of your clinic or hospital.

Is there anyway I could get equipment or Finance it to make a short film with friends?
Not some big high tech equipment, just something simple but yet effective.
A part time job in this economic climate? YEH thats likely ^_^

Get a part time job maybe??
So you can earn some money and buy/rent some equipment.

Edit.
Well, if you dont look, how do you know?
I dont think that anyone in their right mind will loan f.o.c. a camera and all the equipment to a kid at school who wants to make a film with his friends.

And YES. There ARE PT jobs around IF you care to get off your backside and look.

How How long do you to be in school, what type of Education do you need to be family lawyer. I’m doing a research for school?

First you’d have to get a bachelor’s degree which is 4 years. Your major can be in a wide variety of subjects. Then you’d need to go to law school which is another three.

I am a 27yr old female with 2 children ages 3 and 1…..does anyone have any dieting suggestions that actually work? I am needing eating ideas that would work well with me and my family, as well as activities I can do with my children?
I try to walk about 5 miles a day. I really need to lose between 20-25 pounds to be at a Healthy weight.

Don’t think of it as dieting first off. Think of it as a lifestyle change because if you want to get the weight off and keep it off you have to be willing to change forever. I found that cutting my fat down to 35 grams a day and calories to about 1500-1600 has made a big difference. Once you hit your goal weight bump it back up to between 60-65 grams of fat and your calories between 2000-2500 depending on how active you are. Also being very active has helped too. Activities you could do with the kids would be to go for walks to the park or go swimming since summer is almost here. Get out and run with them. Also I joined the Y and go work out whenever I can. Luckily my family is very supportive and I have lots of people offering to babysit and I manage to go 5 days a week. In less that 3 months I have lost 30lbs and I feel great. When you make meals try to have a main course, fruit and veggies with very little to no butter. IF I need butter I use a light margarine and only use like a teaspoon. Cut back on your salt also and drink TONS of water to help you stay full and hydrated. Avoid sugary drinks as much as possible. One cup of 100% fruit juice a day would be fine but try to avoid soda. I do drink a regular one every now and then but if I really need the caffeine I try to go diet. Good luck and I hope you reach your goals.
